OUR SCHOOL

From the Beginning...

Our school was founded in 1998 as a result of the vision of our Pastor Emeritus, Reverend Fred Allred, and his wife, Mrs. Brenda Allred.  Along with the founding administrator, Mrs. Jane Smith, the school was born out of an awareness of the need for quality, Christian education for our children.  We began truly as a step of "Faith" and have seen God allow us to grow from a single classroom into a daycare and early learning center through twelfth grade school with a Kingdom focus.  God has truly blessed as we enter our 25th year and we are careful to give Him all of the glory!

A message from the principal...

Welcome to Faith!

Since 1998, Faith Christian Academy has been committed to offering an education that is centered on faith in Christ. Our goal is to train young men and women who have a world view that is grounded in the truth of God's Word.

While academics through the lens of the Bible is our priority, we offer our students an experience beyond academics as well.  Through our athletics program, weekly chapels, dramatic presentations, music, and opportunities for community service we seek to produce individuals who are well rounded and fit to perform God's will for their lives.

On behalf of our educators, students, staff and entire organization, I’d like to extend an invitation to you to visit Faith Christian Academy so you can experience first-hand what our school is all about.

Sincerely,

A message from the pastor...

WHY CHRISTIAN EDUCATION?

My parents sacrificed greatly to send me and my four siblings to a Christian school. I didn't always understand as a student and there were times that I resented it. Then, when I became a parent, my wife and I decided to do the same thing with our 3 children. Why, you might ask. Well, I could go into a long list of reasons we made this decision, but the bottom line is that we were committed to our children growing up with a Biblical Worldview. We wanted them to be immersed in the teachings of the Bible. We wanted them to have a firm standard from which to base all of life's decisions and a light to direct their paths. Recently, I rehearsed all the money we "spent" through the years on Christian Education and I thought about how much further we would be today with retirement. And, then I am reminded that watching my children live life with a Biblical Worldview and a respect and love for God is priceless. I would do it all over again. In fact, we would spend much more doing it if we needed to. It was one of the greatest eternal investments that we ever made.

At Faith Christian Academy, we are committed first and foremost to teaching a Biblical Worldview. We are committed to being a campus where truth and love abound with excellence. It is our desire to come along beside families and assist them with their responsibility to "train up a child in the way they should go". If we can ever be a help to you, please do not hesitate to reach out. We love Fentress County and count it a great honor to serve its families.
